Vitrans Conveyor Pallet is composed of corner modules, extension modules, positioning bushings, and pallet plates, facilitating easy installation, disassembly, and maintenance replacement.
The Corner module and extension module need to come into contact with the conveying medium. Since the Pallet Conveyor allows accumulation, these modules experience continuous relative motion with the conveying medium. To meet the requirements of reducing dust generation and ensuring the longevity of pallets, Vitrans’ Corner module and extension module are made of highly wear-resistant PA material.

Pallet plate is primarily used for carrying products or fixtures. Vitrans’ Pallet plate is made of aluminum alloy with different sizes and thicknesses, offering the advantages of high strength and lightweight. We also accept customizations for installing holes according to customer needs. Upon receiving the pallet plate, customers can directly fix their products or fixtures onto it without the need for secondary processing.

Pallet bushing is not only used to secure the Corner module and plate together, but it is primarily utilized in conjunction with the positioning unit’s locating pin to accurately position the pallet.
