I. Anti-static? This is not a multiple choice question, it's a mandatory question!

What is the biggest fear of SMT workshop? Static electricity ah! A small chip thousands of dollars, static electricity "pop" a direct scrap. Select the roller line:
- Material must be stainless steelDon't use carbon steel for cheap, it rusts in minutes in wet workshop and conducts electricity! Stainless steel + polished surface, rust-proof and easy to clean.
- Grounding design should be in placeThe frame is grounded, the drum shaft is added with conductive carbon brushes, and the static electricity is obediently led to the earth (the measured static voltage can be reduced to <100V).
- Anti-static brushes as standard: As that patented device says, the roller is equipped with anti-static brush rollers next to the roller, eliminating static electricity while conveying.
