One,belt conveyor

The chain plate is made of various materials, such as stainless steel and engineering plastics. It has a large conveying capacity and can carry large loads, which is commonly used in industries like electric cars and motorbikes. The conveying speed of chain plate conveyor is accurate and stable, which can ensure precise synchronous conveying. Moreover, it can be directly washed with water or immersed in water, which is easy to clean and meets the hygienic requirements of the food and beverage industry. Four,screw conveyor
Screw conveyor is divided into two major types: horizontal and vertical from the direction of material displacement. According to the material characteristics and different structures, there are also horizontal, vertical, bendable, spiral tube (roller conveyor) and other forms.
Compared with other conveying equipment, screw conveyor has simple structure, small cross-section size, good sealing performance, can load and unload materials at multiple points in the middle, safe and convenient operation, and low manufacturing cost. However, it also has disadvantages, the wear and tear of machine parts is more serious, the conveying capacity is low, the power consumption is large, the material is easy to be broken in the process of transport, the use of attention to maintain the sealing of the trough, as well as the appropriate gap between the screw and the trough.
Screw conveyor is widely used in building materials, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, coal mine, grain, logistics and other industries.

Five,Vertical Conveyor
Vertical conveyor, which is commonly known as elevator, is available in continuous, reciprocating, and walk-behind forms. It can continuously convey materials vertically, connecting conveyor systems of different heights and even different floors into a larger continuous system. It is like a lift, but with a higher degree of efficiency and automation, facilitating automation and centralised control.
Vertical conveyor covers an area of small, easy to process arrangement, saving electricity, trough wear and tear is small, low noise, simple structure, installation, maintenance are very convenient, the material can be transported both upwards and downwards.
Vertical conveyors play an important role in the machinery, pharmaceutical, food and logistics industries.

Six,Overhead Conveyor
Suspension conveyor can freely choose conveying line, effectively use space, save manpower and improve working efficiency. It mainly consists of chain, track, spreader, bracket, transmission seat and adjustment seat, etc. It adopts frequency conversion speed control system. It is divided into lifting type, pushing type and dragging type, and according to the driving mode, there are single driving, double driving and multi-driving modes.
Suspension conveyor has a large single conveyor capacity, and the line can be very long, realising cross-floor, cross-plant and even cross-park conveying. It has a simple structure, high reliability, can work in harsh environments, low cost, low energy consumption, low maintenance costs, greatly reducing the cost of use.

It is widely used for long-distance conveying of workpieces, floor lifting, aerial storage, feeding and other processes, and is used in production assembly lines, garments, spraying and other industries. However, with the development of industrial automation technology, the suspension chain conveyor, which was commonly used in the early automotive assembly line, is used less and less in the automated production line.
